Printing or downloading the material does not transfer title to the material, or any intellectual property rights therein, to you. You may not redistribute or sell the material. Intellectual Property and Mentorship Materials

All materials, guidance, and feedback provided during mentorship sessions are the intellectual property of Lilit Danielyan and may not be recorded, shared, or redistributed without explicit permission.

Recording and Sharing Restrictions

Participants may not record or distribute any live or recorded course or mentorship sessions without prior consent from Lilit Danielyan.

Payment and Access

Access to the course and mentorship is granted upon full payment or receipt of the agreed installment plan. Access lasts for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Disclaimer on Results

While the course and mentorship are designed to support your creative and personal growth, individual results may vary. Participation does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for this course. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances may occur. If you experience such circumstances, please contact Lilit Danielyan directly at danielyan.lilith@gmail.com to discuss your situation.

User Content and Student Privacy

Submitting any content to the course platform grants Lilit Danielyan a limited license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content solely in connection with the course and related workshop activities. This license is restricted to:

1. Using submitted images for educational purposes within the course.
2. Displaying images during live or recorded class sessions.
3. Including images in course materials that are only accessible to current course participants.

Your images will not be used for any other purpose, including marketing, promotion, or any public display outside of the course context, without your explicit written permission. We respect the privacy of our students and their creative work. Any images or content submitted by students will only be used within the context of the course and related workshop activities. We will not share, distribute, or publicly display student work outside of the course environment without obtaining specific permission from the student.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire.

Limitation of Liability

Lilit Danielyan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether directly or indirectly incurred, arising from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services.
